Description
A comprehensive preflight inspection found everything in normal limits. Daytime. Weather was clear, no rain, the wind was 8MPH with 8MPH gusts. Humidity 72%.
Aircraft had 40 flight hours. Did not spin on the descent. The sound was coming from multiple propellers. 85% battery life at the time of failure.
After 3:34 minutes it started making a loud slapping sound. All control was then lost. It impacted the ground at 52.6 MPH.
A High Wind Velocity warning appears just before the crash but winds were light. The aircraft appears to wobble before it begins to spin and fall.
From 269 feet AGL it fell to the ground and destroyed the aircraft. Had to dig an arm out of the ground that was buried 8 inches deep.
The body of the aircraft broke apart in multiple pieces. Unable to power on aircraft to recover flight logs.
