Description
UAV was armed using Tower and “gyro calibration“ error message displayed. With BLM National Aviation Office {NAO} pilot present arming and takeoff was attempted again, the aircraft launched and the motors continuously surged. The aircraft was unstable in the air and was landed. A compass and level calibration was completed, the aircraft was test flown by NAO pilot. After takeoff on test flight the symptoms were the same with “gyro calibration“ error occurring after takeoff.
