Description
During the flight, the return-to-home function was engaged and the remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) tracked in the wrong direction with the crew receiving a compass error. The RPA became unresponsive to manual imputs and mode changes, but manual control was later regained and the RPA returned to the landing area.
