Description
During aerial survey operations, the Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) became unresponsive to control inputs. The RPA collided with terrain and was subsequently destroyed.
Reported Cause
It is suspected the Electronic Survey Program failed to upload into the flight control system correctly.
